Student Email Accounts
HISD will be providing email accounts for all students in grades 3-12.  Students will be able to use their school provided account to submit homework assignments and communicate directly with one's teacher.  The accounts are monitored to protect against cyberbullying and other internet issues. Students will be provided with "school approved" email address.

is a statewide, grassroots organization of concerned parents, community members, educators and business people who see the need to re-examine the STAAR tests, especially at the high school level.  They believe we need to have student assessments that work for our children, not against them.
