District IDs

  • All HISD Employees are required to wear a school-issued picture ID.
  • The technology department will contact the employee and issue an ID after the employee has submitted all required paperwork to the HR Department.
  • If an ID is lost, the Technology Department should be notified immediately. 
  • Picture ID will be provided to student interns, contracted employees, long-term subs, and students enrolled in College/Career classes.
  • Campus administrators can request specific student IDs as needed. 
  • IDs must be returned when an employee or service is terminated.
