Instructions for Online NEW STUDENT Enrollment (current School Year) (30 – 60 minutes)

OPTION #1: New Student Enrollment with NO siblings currently enrolled at HISD: Account Request
Parent will need phone number and email address to complete Account Request.

OPTION #2: FAMILY ACCESS Portal : New enrollment for students WITH siblings currently enrolled at HISD.
(If you do not remember your parent login, please ask for assistance)

Provide 2 proofs of Residency Utility bills in parent/guardian’s name (must be current within last 30 days)
Child’s Certified Birth Certificate
Child’s Social Security Card
Current Immunization Record
State or Government Issued Photo ID of Parent/Guardian

6. Three (3) recent check stubs, or Proof of SNAP, TANF benefits (PreKStudents ONLY)
