Reservation Calendars for Campus and District Locations

Instructions:

  1. To reserve a lab, one must be signed into their school email account.
  2. Select the icon representing the location of the lab one wishes to reserve.
  3. Follow the instruction provide
  4. SAVE
  5. Reservation will automatically be recorded on master calendar       
  6. Confirmation email is sent to one’s email account.

 

Instructions for completing “Facility Request” in SchoolDude

  • Facility & Technology Request

    "School Dude". Requests should be submitted at LEAST 48 hours in advance of event. Contact Eric Boyett, Maintenance Director if you need assistance logging into School Dude.

    Sites Available: Media Center Commons Area and Media Center Lab 1

  • HDOT

    Computer lab and Training room

  • Middle School

    Sites Available: Media Center Computer lab, HMS Outdoor Classroom, Media Center Multipurpose Room
