Use Student Access to send messages to students
- Login normally
- Select: Teacher Access....My Gradebook....Select a Gradebook....Other Access....Message Center
- Select: Teacher Access....My Gradebook....Select a Gradebook....Other Access....Message Center
- Add message for:
- Multiple classes – allows one to select multiple classes to receive message
- Current Class – message will be sent only to students in current class displayed
- Give message a "title" and then "add message" below
- Posting Options:
- Post dates?
- Post for current students only?
- Post to Family Access (for parents to see)
- Post to Student Access (for students to see)
- Allow responses?
- Post to the Calendar?
- Emailing Options:
- Send as email on date? Time? From email address?
- Send to current students?
- Email students?
- Email Guardians?
