Use Student Access to send messages to students

  1. Login normally
    1. Select: Teacher Access....My Gradebook....Select a Gradebook....Other Access....Message Center
       
  2. Add message for:
    1. Multiple classes – allows one to select multiple classes to receive message
    2. Current Class – message will be sent only to students in current class displayed
       
  3. Give  message a "title" and then "add message" below
     
  4. Posting Options:
    1. Post dates?
    2. Post for current students only?
    3. Post to Family Access (for parents to see)
    4. Post to Student Access (for students to see)
    5. Allow responses?
    6. Post to the Calendar?
       
  5. Emailing Options:
    1. Send as email on date? Time? From email address?
    2. Send to current students?
    3. Email students?
    4. Email Guardians?
